Type of Claim
Towing - To submit a towing claim, please fax a copy of the towing bill along with your name, seven-digit policy number and a brief note explaining the reason for the tow to our Claims Department at (856) 779-7289. Or mail to us at P.O. Box 8343, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002-0343, attn: Claims.
Windshield Damage - To submit a windshield claim, please mail two (2) repair estimates along with a photo of the damage and a brief description of what occurred to American Collectors at P.O. Box 8343, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002-0343, attn: Claims. Please be sure to include your name and seven-digit policy number.
All Other Claims - Please click "Next" to complete the secure online claim form. The information you provide will be e-mailed directly to a Claims Representative, who will call you to confirm receipt.
