Throughout American Collectors’ thirty year history, we have always taken pride in being the service leader of our industry. Now, with expanded office hours, we are even better able to serve our customers. You will now be able to reach a service representative during our extended hours of 8:00AM – 6:00PM (ET), Monday through Friday. 

Additionally, you can access your policy 24/7 at www.AmericanCollectors.com. Our website features enable our customers to request policy changes, update account information, submit a claim, request an ID card, or send an email with questions. Just visit the “My Account” tab on the homepage to access any of these features.

Don’t forget to tell your friends and fellow club members who are not American Collectors customers, that for even faster service, we now have the ability to make coverage effective right over the phone (qualifying risks only).
