Did you know that you can request changes to your policy online, without ever picking up the phone?
American Collectors Insurance website offers a quick and easy way to manage your policy online. American Collectors’ web tools are available 24/7 for your convenience. To request changes, click on “My Account” at the top of our home page (www.AmericanCollectors.com). Here you can do a number of things:
- Request a change to your policy (update your address, replace a vehicle, add a vehicle, delete a vehicle, change a vehicle value, submit lien holder information, update your personal information, etc.)
- Request the Towing & Labor for Collectors (TLC) Plan* on your account
- Submit a claim
- Request an ID card
- Request a Declaration Page
