This is a newly created opportunity for an individual to work with our management team to supervise licensed sales and service representatives in our call center. Must be willing to work some Saturdays 9-5, and some weekday evenings until 7:00 pm. Requirements
A Property & Casualty license and minimum of 3-5 years insurance experience are required. Applicants should possess supervisory skills, call observation & evaluation experience, a pleasant, professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills. Good typing skills and knowledge of Word & Excel a must.
